Getting started takes four simple steps:

  1. Upload your logo & select setup: Choose your setup package (Left chest or Left chest & back) and upload your artwork.
  2. Add garments & checkout: Select your polo shirts, hoodies, or jackets in your chosen sizes and complete checkout.
  3. Digitising & verification: Our specialists check your artwork and convert it into commercial stitch mapping.
  4. Stitch proof approval: We create a physical stitch sample and email you a digital proof for sign-off before production starts.

What are the one-off digitising setup fees?

Digitising is a strictly one-off setup fee for new customers:

  • Left chest logo: £35.00 (+ VAT)
  • Left chest & full back logo: £50.00 (+ VAT)
  • Additional logos or accreditation badges: Please contact us to discuss placement, sizing, and package pricing.

Once converted, your file is stored permanently for all future repeat orders with zero setup fees.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept high-resolution vector and graphic files in PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, EPS, or AI formats. High-resolution files yield the sharpest embroidery results.

What if my image isn't clear or high quality?

If your graphic is low-resolution, blurry, or missing fine detail, our team will review the file immediately and reach out before digitising. We offer free basic vector redrawing where possible or assist you in sourcing a sharper file to guarantee a crisp, clean stitch finish.

Will I see how my logo looks before garments are embroidered?

Yes, absolutely. We never embroider directly onto garments without your explicit sign-off. We sew a physical stitch sample and send you a high-resolution PDF proof to check the colours, positioning, and details first.

Will I have to pay this setup fee again on future orders?

No. The digitising setup charge is strictly a one-off cost. We keep your stitch file safely stored on file permanently, allowing you to reorder uniforms whenever you need with no repeat setup fees.

How quickly will my digital stitch proof be ready?

Digital proofs are typically digitised and emailed for your review within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. Once you approve the proof, your workwear proceeds straight into production.

How do I order multiple garments under one setup fee?

Simply add one logo setup fee to your shopping basket alongside all the clothing items you need (such as polo shirts, hoodies, and bodywarmers). The setup fee applies once per logo layout across your entire order.
